The academic services unit is one of the administrative units of TCT in-charge of academic affairs. The personnel in the academic services unit coordinate the implementation of policies and procedures that are in place with regards to students’ admission, registration and records. It oversees the daily operation of academic programs, facilitates examinations, and carries out the analysis of students’ performance for the use of the management committee.

The services provided by the academic services unit include the following

Academic session planning and production of academic calendar

Academic resources and materials planning

Semester and examination Time-table scheduling and supervision

Maintenance of Academic quality

Building and maintenance of academic records for students.

Admission and registration of new students for purposes of academic records.
