TCT through partnerships and collaborations, in the pursuit of her visions, ensures continuous training and retraining of her staffs to keep them abreast of new trends in their fields. This has as a result not only made the staffs qualified and confident, but also has enabled them to demonstrate their skills and knowledge in visible ways.

Most TCT staffs are residing near the college, this affords them proximity and opportunity to avail themselves to students, and to intellectual resources for intellectual activeness.
