Being a public institution, TCT receives best performing students from National Examination Council who finished A level (Secondary education) specialized in the following areas:

• Mathematics and Physics
• Biology and chemistry
• Technical fields like Electricity, electronics, Information Technology and all related fiel

Apart from students from NEC, private students can apply if they performed well in the areas mentioned above.
