The Board of Directors
The Board of Directors formulates the policies and decisions by which TCT operates, while the office of the Principal through the use of the TCT management implements this policies, by making decisions on day-to-day decisions on events and activities in TCT ensuring that they conform to the polices made by the Board. The Board of Directors of TCT is not yet established.
The TCT Management
TCT management consists of the office of the principal, four administrative units, and three academic departments.
Office of the Principal
The office of the Principal is at the top of hierarchy of TCT management. It actually functions as the linkage between the TCT Board of Directors and the TCT management. The four administrative units and the three academic departments report directly to the office of the principal, through their directors or heads. Academic Services unit
This unit coordinates the implementation of policies and procedures that are in place with regards to students’ admission, registration and records. It oversees the daily operation of academic programs, facilitates examinations, and carries out the analysis of students’ performance for the use of the management committee. Administrations and Human Resources Unit
This unit has the responsibility to maximize the utilization of human resources for quality services on the College, ensuring staff compliance to TCT staff regulations and laws, carrying out staff evaluation, and management of staff records. This unit includes the following staff positions

Finance Unit

Students’ Services Unit
This unit has the responsibility to manage and coordinate all issues pertaining to students’ welfare including accommodation and catering, social discipline and counseling as well as sports and culture. It aids the establishment of students’ bodies, monitors and regulates their activities to ensure compliance with regulations. This unit includes the following positions
