TCT Library is committed to supporting and complementing teaching and learning process, and in fostering researches in the technology areas.
Our vision is to become a technical research hub providing access to information and research resources in all areas, with emphasis in technology.
Our mission is to encourage reading for information and pleasure, to support the curricular goals of our college and to teach appropriate research skills in a technical context. We also seek to meet research and outreach-information needs of technical-oriented development of Rwanda.
Our Objectives include
- To effectively and efficiently process, preserve, provide access and disseminate information available in the hub as well as full text online journals from other universities and institutions of higher learning;
- To select and acquire the best and affordable resources related to fields offered by TCT and to implement the national vision of human capacity building making use of technology;
- To organize and maintain the TCT library materials and equipment to facilitates optimum use
- To facilitate our clients in having access to our resources through online library
