Electronics and Telecommunications department of the College is bone out of the desire of the Government of Rwanda to actualize set targets of vision 2020 dreams by producing skilled technical manpower.
The departmental courses content are designed in a manner that would facilitate students specialize in three areas.
The three major areas are considered to be the backbone of the departmental concept:

• Repairs, Assembly and maintenance of Electronics devices (RA).
• Cable communications system (CC).
• Wireless Communications system (WC).
